This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure, a service provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. When you visit our website, information (e.g., IP address, browser type, time of access) is automatically processed by Microsoft. This is necessary to provide the website and is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable web hosting). Processing primarily takes place in data centers within the European Union. In limited cases — such as support or security purposes — Microsoft may transfer data to third countries, including the USA. Such transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission and supplementary technical safeguards.

For signing in to the AgreeMate platform (agreemate.io), we use Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) by Microsoft Corporation. During authentication, personal data (e.g., name, email address) is processed by Microsoft. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Microsoft may process data in the USA. The transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission.
