For signing in to the AgreeMate platform (agreemate.io), we use Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) by Microsoft Corporation. During authentication, personal data (e.g., name, email address) is processed by Microsoft. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Microsoft may process data in the USA. The transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission.
